Saturday, April 30, 2022 - Light ruby, turning brownish at the rims. Compared with my last bottle, less strawberries, less red cherries and raspberry , more mushrooms and automn leaves. Very dense and quite complex on the palate, with a core of raspberry acidity, sweet cherries, coated by spices and underbrush. Don’t think it will go much further from here. Drink
