Monday, October 4, 2010 - A gorgeous wine, although still a little closed. It took this wine a few hours in the decanter for it to show its stuff - it had to be coaxed. After some time, though, the wine emerged as deep, structured and with great fruit. With a little more time, I think the strong tannins will integrate that little bit more, and the wine will be in perfect balance. A lovely drink. Try again in a year's time.
