Saturday, March 10, 2007 - Very nice nose of spice box, cigar, earth and dried herbs. On the palate, black cherries and cassis were noted with earthy tones well intermixed and balanced. Finished a little tannic, which was nice and means this one still has a lot of time left. Although not as profound or concentrated as the 1991, this is still a very nice Dominus that can be enjoyed now or cellared for at least another 5 years.
