Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - I last had a bottle of this almost two years ago and it was drinking OK. The same is true today but a little less. Plummy, earthy nose. The palate is a but muted but still nice. Plums, black cherries, blackberries. Fine tannins, nice acidity and balance. It remains a bit muted across the plate. Finishes moderately long and a bit spicy. Seems just a bit hot (14.1% ABV). Still some pleasure to be had but past prime. Drink up.
