Friday, February 17, 2012 - 2009 Burgundies Blind (Lavandou): Tasted blind. Fairly quiet on the nose, and comes across a little boxy and structured, although I didn't pick up any stemmy notes or other telltale whole cluster signatures to give this away as the Chandon de Briailles. It picks up more flesh with air and softens up, too, with the fruit turning a little plummy.
