Wednesday, October 27, 2010 - Deep mulberry purple colour. Some slightly herbal notes on the nose, but the fruit has pretty much faded away. Bit dulll and uninteresting on the palate. Fairly mature, but not really much to carry it. As on the nose, the fruit's gone. Some astringent notes, but not unpleasantly so, with some fairly sandy tannins floating around, finishing with some rather green notes. No faults, just not very good. Probably should have been drunk up by now.
