Friday, April 6, 2012 - Decanted for four hours. Light-medium red with a pink hue, clear, medium viscosity. At first somewhat dark and oaky on the nose but with decanting opened to reveal floral notes, red fruit and spices. Light and balanced on the palate, quite simple but the mouthfeel is lovely. The aftertaste is clean and pleasantly acidic. Not sure how this will age but it should be interesting to follow for at least a decade. 90+-
