Wednesday, June 6, 2012 - This is quite awkward on first opening but with about 30 minutes of air it's quite nice. Somewhat restrained nose of sweet red fruit and floral notes, very nice balance on the palate. Fairly elegant and light but not totally silky and smooth - hopefully will smooth out in texture with some time.
