Friday, April 6, 2012 - Pacific Northwest Tasting Trip Day 2; 4/4/2012-4/12/2012 (Willamette Valley & Portland): Had this at Le Pigeon in Portland to pair with a tasting course.
Nose was lighter than I recalled, probably due to serving temp, but as it warmed up the strawberry florals stated to show more.
Palate was good with red fruit, a little earth, and some minerals showing.
The acidity was still strong and cut was nice.
Paired very well with everything.
