Monday, June 15, 2015 - PnP. A lot to like here: classic but restrained/refined Cornas flavours. Sappy, spicy red fruit, slightly dry, woody (not a fault though) tannins shut down the sweet, rich core of fruit halfway through. Needs decanting, or better yet, another 5-10years -- but classic norhern rhone syrah combining animal notes and fruit.
