Saturday, December 21, 2013 - Ftom 0.375. Medium garnet. Reserved nose of earth red fruit and sweet spices. Much more restraint initially than the Ostler Caroline's next to it. Aromas of forest floor, black cherry and a hint of chocolate. Medium bodied, very soft tannins, elegant and quite complex. Solid finish. Opened up more and more in the glass so decanting is highly recommended. Too bad Dujac wines have become so expensive... 93+
