Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - Great fruit and acidity. Not overly aged, slight Liqorice/spicy taste but overall very pleasant. Great mouth feel. Very well made but not the tastiest otherwise very high score. Opened up after an hour, was also cold initially, became a big wine (tasted at 110)
