Sunday, June 16, 2013 - I opened this bottle Sunday night and enjoyed it with Sockeye salmon. I am not a burgundy expert, but found this quite enjoyable, very unlike new world Pinot, or younger burgundy that I have had in the past. Very lush. Starting to oxidize but was still nice the next night. Wish I had more.
Bottle was purchased upon release and cellared in a temperature controlled facility.
