88 Points

Tuesday, December 30, 2014 - P'n'p. Dark, nearly opaque purple red; magenta meniscus. Medium light body, long finish. Tasty, but seems very young on opening. Used a cup in a Bolognese sauce. Two hours of air, and a glass or so with the meal. The fruit is kind of backward, the mid palate is hollow, and there is an oaky, metallic note that slightly mars the finish. Maybe another year or two sideways is the answer.
