Tuesday, November 29, 2022 - Bottle decanted wine for an hour at cellar temp. The wine is drinking excellent at this stage. It has notes of cherry and spice on the palate. The finish is medium-long. It held strong over four hours of enjoying. I would say drink or hold as wine still has life.
