Sunday, March 11, 2018 - The last of our three bottles, a little past its drinking window.
Opaque plum with a thin rim. Underbrush aromas. Initial tannins with a taste of nori. Opening up with ripe plum fruit. A little bit of a metallic aftertaste. High alcohol a bit of a distraction.
