Day 3 and holding well. An interesting journey having frozen in the freezer on day 2, left on the counter to thaw, poured the first thawed ounce or two. Wild, syrupy, viscous texture, as if the extractive elements unfroze first. It was STRUCTURE concentrate. Not much enjoyment in drinking, so I added it back to the remaining ice cube. And now we're into the third day. There was a lot of fine lees on the bottom of this bottle. I only noticed this after the freezing, so at first I thought it was tartrates from not having been cold stabilized, but it was a fine powdery texture so...
