Friday, February 1, 2019 - Colour clear translucent burgundy red with ripe reflexes at the edge. Nose wonderful, complex, elegant and full, violets, balsamic, red fruits such as cherries, red currant, hints of camphor, some coco, peper, the more air it gets the more prominent the violets. As soon as the wine touches your palate there is an amazing development of aromas going on. First you are hit by soft freshness, followed by subtle wooden tones, red fruits, balsamic aromas, all embedded in a beautiful acid backbone. The development exceeds in a finish of cherries, coco and a hint of green banana and violets. The wine is really satisfying the wishes of a wine lover - Chapeau!
