Friday, January 8, 2016 - No decant and it may have helped but this was still delicious stuff. Dark berries, smoke, meaty qualities with forest floor, tilled earth, salty cranberry sauce (best I can do). Nice tannins big acid. No rush on this but no need for undue hesitation to have a go at this now.
