Wednesday, September 16, 2015 - In my opinion the Bulles de Roche is one of the best sparkeling wines, ther Loire-Valley has to offer. This bottle was bought in 2009, so the NV may be seven years old. The Bulles de Roche has a wonderful ripeness and freshness. It starts with ripe apples, grapefruit, yellow pears, salt, herbs and stone. On the palate the wine is focused, dry, a not too fine but nice mousseux, very fresh and persistant. Wonderfull!
