Sunday, June 27, 2010 - Drank with porterhouse steak, an decanted for 1 1/2 hours before having, then continued to drink over the next 2-3 hours. Nose has pine and tar, not too much fruit, but hints of dark fruit. The taste continues with the pint, but definitley has some plum that comes through, as well has having a cocoa/chocolate feel. Very nice wine with a few different flavors, and not too much tannin - it seems to be in a good spot right now.
