Friday, April 27, 2018 - Pale yellow green. Lots of wispy chains of fine bubbles. Nose has mineral, pineapple, green apple, unripe pear, rose hip tart funk. Good balance of palate, more rose hips, stone, lemon, and apple. Medium-long finish. Good concentration and fullness of flavors. 91-92.
