Saturday, February 13, 2016 - opened and drunk over 3 hrs, this was the best and unfortunately last of my bottles, while these started out as acid/lemon monsters this has evoloved into a wine very much softer with apple/pear notes and honeyed texture with time open. The time in glass greatly improved the mouthfeel and integration of flavors/textures. I've noticed a marked difference in new bottling of this vineyard and don't know if the evolution will be the same, sad if not.
