Saturday, January 12, 2019 - At Mr. Wok's w Brian, Monica and Christie. Decanted 2 h prior to bringing to restaurant. Aromas of baking spices, earth, mild stems, ripe cherries, and a hint of brett. Palate showed more red cherries, earth, bark, baking spices. Mild tannins on the midpalate. Nice acids with excellent depth. More bass notes than the Anthill Farms Anderson Valley but also more concentration and depth of flavors also. Very enjoyable.
