Wednesday, September 18, 2019 - Great to taste this again after 4+ years, although I only got to taste it on day 2 after opening. Underwood, dark cherries, smoke, and definitely getting the brett on the nose. However, I don’t find it off putting. In fact, it tastes like a great French red! Lovely palate of dark cherries and berries with some more underwood flavors. Good finish. Rhys recalled this, but I actually really like it and much prefer it to the 2010 Alpine next to it (although that may have been an off bottle). 94
