Flavors of mostly bitter cherries on the nose and front palate, followed by oak on the midpalate, mint on the backpalate, and some eucalyptus on the slightly hot finish (@14.8% ABV)). Medium-to-full bodied, with still tight tannins but not enough fruit to justify much more prolonged aging. Pairs very well with New York strip steak topped with an olive-garlic sauce! 89-90+
