Friday, April 24, 2015 - Aromas of sarsaparilla, brown sugar, wild cherry, flowers and clove. Nose really open for business tonight. On the palate get flavors of cherry cola, brown sugar, wild raspberry, wild strawberry with a slight hint of earth. Ends with a finish that sails on for 35-40 seconds with cherry note. Better than the last time I had it. Thought the Sonoma Coast bottling was better on release but this has really come around. A fantastic Cali Pinot that a Burgundy fan probably would not appreciate.
