Tuesday, September 12, 2023 - Consistent with my last note - the apple sherbet really comes through. After the initial sweetness, the sourness and acidic drive dominates the impression. With food its noticeably rounder and fuller in the mouth (wonderful tonight with grilled octopus). No reason to wait on more bottles. 93-94pts
