Monday, March 4, 2024 - Don’t agree with the low scores here. This champagne was bright at the open and settled into a beautiful butterscotch flavor that revealed graceful aging. Enjoyed over 3 or 4 hours without chilling. We tasted a lot of Burgundy wines that night and this was undoubtedly a standout.
