Wednesday, January 30, 2013 - Just sensational. Weird plastic/air filled cork, but the wine is exuberant. Plenty of acid and mineral. The acid shows in the form of lime and is mixed with guava and a bit of lychee. This is apparent on the nose, but very delicate and elegant. Best white Burg at 12%ABV for 2009 and just $22. I will seek out more soon. Greatly complimented shrimp scampi.
