Saturday, August 5, 2017 - Cork came out easy and clean. Took a quick taste and it was perfect. Did not need to breathe a second. Put the cork back in and served 3 hrs later. Fresh and full fruit. Fully integrated--no remaining bitter tannins. Deep red, no brown color yet. Went thru all 6L at dinner (lamb in a cumin yogurt sauce). Drink now or for several years. Exceeded expectations.
