Monday, November 5, 2012 - Lighter golden color. Nose: preserved lemon, white peach, mixed melon, and red apple with accents of honeysuckle, vanilla, chalk, sourdough, and cinnamon. Medium body on the palate: mixed apple, honeydew melon, and white peach framed by honeysuckle, sourdough, creme brulee, river stone, white pepper, and baking spices. Medium acidity. Lingering apple skin, sourdough, river stone, and baking spices on the moderate/long finish. Very delicious, relatively complex mountain Chardonnay. Drink now.
