Saturday, May 30, 2015 - This bottle was much better than my memory and notes of the previous bottle about 9 months ago. There I noted crisp acidity but here the acidity though not at all shy seems much better integrated. Deep quite pristine red. Expressive nose of fragrant plum with leather and mineral touches. Medium/full bodied well integrated palate with more graciousness of fruit than usual in Bouscassé, still very fresh but developing complexity with more minerals and leather, a firm but well covered tannic backbone and decent length. Plenty more life ahead of it. Very good now.
