Friday, September 8, 2017 - 2007 Vintage Tasting (Bronte, Sydney): pale red with a tawny rim.
beautiful rich fruit fragrance, sweet and earthy, super smooth.
plump fruit, honeyed, super smooth, no hard edges at all, clean gentle acidity, rounded tannins, fruit is turning towards the more developed characters, some fig and dried fruits but has not yet turned totally secondary, lovely tawny notes mixed with ripe age fruit. delicious.
