Thursday, November 29, 2018 - Had this with first half of a rich tasting menu and the wine performed exceptionally. Really crisp and bright, tart apples and bright zesty citrus. A slight minerality and floral notes round it out. This was really good, easy to drink, and just what the doctor ordered with the food.
