Friday, April 10, 2020 - Absolutely delicious! I decanted this about 2hours before a dinner of pork chops. The wine opened up beautifully. There were just a small amount of dregs in the bottle. The nose was full of floral, herbal and earthy tones. The palate echoed these notes and was seamless through mid palate and the mid length finish. At ten years this wine was in the groove without signs of impending decline.
