Thursday, January 8, 2015 - This was a pop and pour. After lackluster results and noticable tannin, it was then vinturi'd and decanted, then consumed over about 3 hours. It wasn't very enjoyable in any state. Rather sweet and 1 dimensional, although there's a nuanced whiff on the nose. This was not as good as any previous Evenstad Reserve I've had.
