Saturday, March 25, 2017 - A bit of funk surprised us on opening. Nose cleared up after 10 mins.
Fine consistent bead. Colour is part way between typical rosé and an RD Bolli.
More brut than rosé on palate , ie light fruit, good acid and mineral.
In short, very good but not great rosé champagne.
