Thursday, October 20, 2022 - This Vacqueyras Signature 2009 is a pearl. Although having far outreached the given drinking window this wine doesn't show the slightest sign of fatigue.
It is rich and of course ripe, but vibrant and beautifully developed in every single detail culminating in a perfect balance. Chocolate and spices are elegantly present, just enough to be recognized. A feast.
