Friday, March 1, 2024 - Wines Tasted at the La Paulée Verticals Session (The Maybourne, Beverly Hills): Maturing ruby. Rounder, riper, more glycerine than the 2010. Mixed black and red fruit, some green, and ground coffee. Fine acidity, drier tannins than the younger wine. This too is excellent with more to come but is a step behind 2010 in harmony and balance.
