Tuesday, March 19, 2019 - Glad I opened one. Beautiful nose, with some pineapple, and mineral hints in the background. On the palate, good acidity, loads of minerality, generous tropical fruit, and a very clean finish. Very good, without the reductive notes of the Perrieres 1er.

Day 2: In the refrigerator overnight, and pretty much identical to yesterday. Maybe even more minerality shines through today. Just excellent.
