Tuesday, February 15, 2011 - 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo. 50,000 bottles. Open, focused, polished, warm. Palate lively, fresh, mineral, full bodied, but tight now. Velvety and lasting. Needs more time to develop. Tasted at Chianti Classico Collection in Florence.
