Thursday, July 29, 2021 - Wow. Sat at room temp a few days before opening. Right out of the bottle it was delicious, subtle structure but firm at the same time. Nice mild fruit. Start to finish brought on different complexities but not over bearing. Not a long finish but great while it lasted. Wish we had another one.
