Friday, September 28, 2007 - The Doctor Is In (Eleven Madison Park): Not closed yet but so infused with tannin it's a wonder why not; maybe it's headed there. With pale red fruit and a sweetish cakey finish, not the usual meaty Chambertin heavyweight.
