Thursday, August 8, 2013 - Vraiment mauvais. Every bottle seems to be worse. Nose is not that bad, even some black fruit there. At first it starts promising, then it completely falls apart and leaves a horrible aftertaste. Too bad for cooking, but probably still OK to produce a decent vinegar.
