Tuesday, February 15, 2011 - Classic California Cab, but restrained with the time it has spent in the bottle. Dar fruits, heavy aromas of asphalt, cherries, and smoke. Drank over two days and bottle maintained consistent dark cherry, black fruit flavors very elegantly wrapped in medium tannins. A very nice bottle drinking very well now.
