Saturday, June 12, 2004 - Decanted 4 hours. Matched with N.Y. Strip w/ Shittake Mushroom Cream Sauce. Nose of Black berries, mocha and coffee. Excellent balance and mouthfeel. Nice lingering finish with no indication of heat (alc. 15.2%)
