Saturday, December 10, 2011 - Pale straw color. Tropical fruit, citrus and a hint of green apple on the nose. More of the same on the palate with lime and tropical fruit flavors and a hint of minerality on the back end. Nice acid, smooth mouthfeel and finish. Dry but with perceived sweetness from the fruit. Super food friendly and one of my favorite Cali sauvignon blancs year after year.
