Tuesday, April 14, 2015 - Earthy dark cherry, a little bit of cow pasture. Very soft and smooth on the palate. Medium body and would pair nicely with a strip steak. Easy finish with very little tannin at this stage. I'm surprised at the fast development of this wine, it tastes much older than it actually is.
