Monday, April 10, 2023 - From magnum. Very fragrant with aromas of strawberries, oranges, minerals, sweet apricot, minerals, candy, orange zest, and forest floor. Nice acidity with more apricot notes, orange pith, citrus, minerals, and noticeable, slightly bitter tannins on the palate. Long finish. This was exceptionally complex and very interesting. Much better on day 2, when more fruit flavors emerged on the nose.
